Though now in a happy relationship, Paige DeSorbo has had her share of romance drama.
The 31-year-old host of the Giggly Squad podcast is currently dating Craig Conover, after they first got together in 2021. She stars on the reality show Summer House, and he’s featured on his own Bravo show Southern Charm.
She hosts the podcast with former Summer House cast mate Hannah Berner. The two best friends discuss everything from pop culture, fashion, relationships, and more.
Paige has had some public and private relationships in recent years. At one point, she even dated Summer House co-star Carl Roadke, though now they are just friends.
Before her current boyfriend, she was dating Perry Rahbar for nearly a year. The couple eventually broke up during the pandemic because she wasn’t ready for the future at the time.
“I just knew in the pit of my stomach that I didn’t feel the best about myself,” DeSorbo told People.
“I didn’t feel ready to take on certain things that I know that he is so ready for. He’s 10 years older than me, so much smarter, so much more accomplished, just more mature. And I never wanted to let him down. So I just felt like maybe this isn’t our right time.”
She revealed she wanted to accomplish more on her own before she started to build a life with someone. The pandemic also forced them to face their relationship issues head on.
“I feel like, at 28, this is the last time I’ll ever be able to be super, super selfish,” she says. “And I don’t want to miss out on that.”
Now at 31, she feels more ready to settle down, but still likes her independence. She recently moved out of her New York apartment, and Conover wanted her to find a place in Charleston, South Carolina where he lives.
“I love my apartment, but I feel like something’s missing,” she told Bravo.
“I want to involve Craig in this because I do value his opinion, and, like, I do kind of like him. So I do want him to be excited [about] where we are living when he is here. Even though it’s my apartment, and what I say goes, and he’ll get what he gets in terms of a closet.”
